Festival Season Continues into June

City Park Conservancy (CPC) is throwing a party for its Friends.
Friends Fest, CPC’s membership-appreciation event, returns to Carousel Gardens Amusement Park and Storyland on Wednesday, June 10. Friends of City Park with an active membership will enjoy a fun-filled night of amusement park rides and refreshments from 6-9pm.
“Our Friends members are at the heart of everything we do at City Park,” said CPC President and CEO Rebecca Dietz. “Friends Fest is a chance to celebrate and thank our members for their impact – helping keep the Park vibrant, welcoming, and thriving for our community.”
Debuting in 2009 to celebrate the active and generous community of Friends of City Park’s members, Friends Fest has grown into one of the most anticipated evenings of the year for this invaluable group of Park visitors. This event is made possible with support from Hahn Enterprises, Inc.
“Friends keep the rides spinning, the lawnmowers mowing, and the flowers blooming,” said Tania Hahn, owner of Hahn Enterprises, Inc. and CPC board chair. “Hahn Enterprises is honored to shine a light on, and help celebrate, this vital group of individuals.”
Friends Fest is free for Friends of City Park members, but reservations are required to attend. To register, Friends must have proof of active membership – the number of guests allotted is outlined by membership level. To renew your membership, or register for the event, click here.
