Our ability to care for the Park’s historic oaks, beautiful gardens, family-friendly playgrounds, nature trails, cultural and recreational amenities, is dependent on individuals just like you.

Friends of City Park is the Conservancy’s principal membership program. Members enjoy 12 months of fun and savings.

Mark a special occasion or honor a life with a gift to City Park Conservancy. For your donation, the honoree, or their family, will receive a letter notifying them of your gift. The amount is not disclosed.
A bench is a wonderful way to memorialize or honor a loved one, or share as a meaningful gift for a birthday, anniversary, new baby, or graduation. In recognition of contributions to the fund, the Conservancy will install a personalized plaque on a Park bench of the donor’s choosing.
The Park has two styles of benches throughout its 1,300 acres: a concrete Works Progress Administration era bench and a newer steel model. Your donation comes with a 4×8 inch plaque that is mounted at the foot of a bench.

Through employee engagement opportunities, event sponsorship, and other programs, businesses can support City Park Conservancy while fostering teamwork and civic leadership. City Conservancy provides customized sponsorship opportunities to give companies the opportunity to enhance their individual marketing, promotional, and philanthropic goals.
As a Corporate Partner, you will invest in the sustained health of New Orleans’ economic environment and help to improve the lives of your employees and customers.
Foster team building, community service, and environmental stewardship by spending a half-day volunteering in City Park. Corporate supporters can schedule a Clean Up Krewe volunteer session as a one-day project (with a minimum $5,000 donation). Projects may include mulching trails, litter abatement, graffiti removal, plantings, or removing invasive species. Participating organizations receive recognition in the Conservancy’s annual report and Oak Tree Circle giving program.

Magnify the power of your support with a matching gift through your employer. Matching Gifts Many companies like Google, Apple, and IBM will also match employee contributions, doubling or even tripling the impact of your gift to City Park! City Park Conservancy welcomes transfers of stock. The total value of the stock upon transfer is tax-deductible and there is no obligation to pay capital gains taxes on the appreciation.
To ensure timely processing and proper recording of your generous gifts, complete the Stock Transfer Form. Please also include any other pertinent information, such as the purpose of the gift, if it is in memory or in honor of an individual or whether you are enclosing a matching gift form from your employer.
