City Park Illuminates Amusement Park in July

City Park Conservancy (CPC) is lighting up the summer night.
Glow in the Oaks – CPC’s newest family friendly event – debuts on Saturday, July 26 at Carousel Gardens Amusement Park. From 6-9pm, guests will enjoy unlimited rides, silent disco, glow-item giveaways, TikTok photo booth, glitter bar, face paint and more.
“We’re so excited to launch this new nighttime event just as summer is heating up,” said CPC Director of Attractions & Visitor Services Megan Bourgault. “We’re asking everyone to dress to shine and bring their brightest energy for this brilliant fundraiser!”
Guests will stay refreshed with unlimited lemonade, and Parker’s Pizza will be open for purchase in the Amusement Park. Creole Tomateaux food truck will also be on site selling authentic creole cuisine.
Tickets are $35 for guests over 36” tall. Friends of City Park Members receive $3 off admission. For more information, and to purchase tickets, click here.
