City Park Conservancy (“CPC”) is issuing this invitation to Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Pan American Stadium Team Room and Bathroom Improvements (“Project”).
The work consists of Masonry, Carpentry, MEP, FE&E, and Painting Improvements to Pan American Team Rooms and Restrooms, including all associated site restoration and coordination as indicated in the attached Bidding and Contract Documents.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held March 12, 2026 at 12:00pm in the City Park Administration Building Board Room, 1 Palm Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70124. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all prospective bidders and subcontractors.
Bids are due by March 27, 2026 by 12:00pm. Bids will be opened and read aloud on March 27, 2026 at 12:00pm in the City Park Administration Building Board Room. The project is directly funded by City Park Conservancy. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
