Do you have to be 21 to attend?
Yes, all guests must be 21 years of age and older to attend.
How do I get into Jingle Bells and Beer?
Guests may enter through the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park (7 Victory Avenue) gate.
Will food be available?
Yes, admission includes jambalaya.
What does VIP Admission include?
Storyland bar will be fully stocked with higher-end liquor brands and mixers (tonic, club soda, orange juice, club soda, etc.).
What happens if it rains?
This is a rain-or-shine event. We reserve the right to modify any event features as necessary for the safety of our guests and staff. As outlined in the ticket policy, in the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we ask ticket holders to consider their purchase a donation to the Park.

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available for purchase November 1.
Can I buy tickets at the gate the day of the event?
No, all tickets must be purchased online in advance.
I am no longer available to attend. Can I receive a refund?
There are no refunds for this event. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to forward your ticket to a friend or family member.
Please note City Park Conservancy and its partner ticketing vendors will never ask for your banking/PayPal information via social media. To guarantee a purchase is official, we advise only buying from CPC-sanctioned platforms. Tickets purchased from non-CPC platforms will not be honored at the event.

Do Friends of City Park Members receive special pricing?
Yes, members receive $5 off General Admission tickets.
How do I receive the Friends of City Park discount?
Using the primary email address tied to your membership, purchase Friends of City Park Member tickets. Your email address will be validated after purchase.
How do I know if my FOCP Membership is still active?
Contact the membership team at 504-483-9380 or [email protected] to ask if your Friends of City Park Membership is still active.
PARKING
Where do I park?
Tricentennial parking lot located at 53 Dreyfous Drive, near the Goldring/Woldenberg Great Lawn. You can enter this parking lot on Dreyfous Drive or Victory Avenue.
Additional parking is available in the lot across from the entrance to Carousel Gardens Amusement Park.
You can enter this parking lot on Dreyfous Drive. There is parallel street parking available throughout City Park, though it can fill up quickly for events.
