Renewing Your Current Membership in the City Park Portal
If you are a current Friends of City Park Member, NOLA City Bark Member or Carousel Garden Amusement Park Season Passholder and have successfully logged into the new City Park Portal, follow the instructions below to renew your membership easily online.
The portal allows you to view your membership details, verify your current membership status, and complete your renewal in just a few steps. Renewing online ensures uninterrupted access to your member benefits, discounts, and exclusive perks throughout New Orleans City Park. Once your renewal is complete, your updated membership information and digital membership card or pass will be available within your account.
- Visit the City Park Portal
- Click Sign In / Register in the upper-right corner of the page
- Sign in using your primary email address as your username and the password you created during the password reset process
- From the Search menu, select Membership Renewals
- Locate the membership you would like to renew and select the Renew checkbox next to the primary member’s name. Then click Add to Cart.
- Important: Always select the checkbox next to the primary member’s name. Selecting a secondary member’s name may result in duplicate membership charges.
- Review the items in your Shopping Cart and confirm that the membership renewal(s) and fees are correct.
- Optional: Enhance your Friends of City Park Membership with a Carousel Gardens Amusement Park Season Pass. The Season Pass includes unlimited admission to Carousel Gardens throughout the operating season (February–November), along with all the exclusive benefits, perks, and privileges available to Friends of City Park members.
- Click the Carousel Gardens Annual Pass icon
- On the next screen, click Add to Cart button
- When prompted to select a family member, choose the checkbox next to the primary member’s name. Important: Selecting a secondary member’s name may result in duplicate charges. Select Continue.
- Proceed to Checkout and follow the prompts to enter your payment information and billing address. Select Proceed to Checkout.
- Once your transaction is complete, you will see a confirmation screen indicating that your renewal has been successfully processed.
- To view your renewed memberships, click your name in the upper-right corner and select My Memberships from the dropdown menu.
- On the My Memberships page, you will find your active memberships and digital membership card.
- Present your digital membership card when visiting one of City Park’s attractions and other participating locations throughout New Orleans City Park to enjoy your member benefits and discounts. For active NOLA City Bark Members, the barcode on your digital membership card also serves as your admission pass and can be scanned for entry to the dog park.
