EVENT INFO

How do I get into the Fall Garden Festival?
Guests may enter through the Pavilion of the Two Sisters Gate (Gate #1) or the Oscar J. Tolmas Visitor Center.

Why is the event only one day?
This year, the Fall Garden Festival has been reimagined as a one-day event with extended hours. By focusing our resources into a single day, we’re able to create the best possible experience for guests and vendors allowing us to better support our partners, exhibitors, and volunteers who make the event possible.

Does the Botanical Garden have an ATM on site?
We do not.

Where will the speakers be presenting?
All speakers will present in the Garden Study Center.

Where is the free plant pickup?
Free plants can be collected at Gate 2, across from the Conservatory of the Two Sisters patio.

Where is there food for purchase?
The Pavilion of the Two Sisters will have hamburgers, hot dogs, pasta, salads and more available for purchase.

What happens if it rains?
This is a rain-or-shine event. We reserve the right to modify any event features as necessary for the safety of our guests and staff. As outlined in the ticket policy, in the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we ask ticket holders to consider their purchase a donation to the Park – otherwise a refund will be issued upon request.

Ticketing

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased directly here.

Can I buy tickets at the gate the day of the event?
Yes, however we strongly encourage purchasing in advance. Tickets will be sold at the red-ticket trailer in front of the Pavilion of the Two Sisters or at the Oscar J. Tolmas Visitor Center.

Does my child need a ticket?
Yes, all children 3 and older need a ticket to attend. Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge.

I am no longer available to attend. Can I receive a refund?
There are no refunds for this event. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to forward your ticket to a friend or family member.
